New Parents

Welcome to Kids Crossing! We are so honored that you have chosen us to care for your child(ren), and we consider it a privilege to work with your family. On this page, you will find everything you need to know before starting with us. If you have any questions or would like to chat about care, please call us, email us, or stop by the center. Transitioning into a new daycare can be overwhelming for both the parent and child, so we want to do whatever we can to ease that process.

Before the First Day

Before starting at Kids Crossing, make sure to fill out all necessary enrollment paperwork and talk to an administrator to confirm your enrollment. The enrollment paperwork includes:

  • Submit enrollment form (One per child).

  • Submit an automatic withdrawal payment method through a secure online form (located in enrollment form). If your registration is accepted, a non-refundable fee of $125 per child will be taken out of your account.

    • *Please note: the $125 enrollment fee may also be paid in person via cash or check. Please contact the center to set up an in-person payment.

  • Read Kid's Crossing's parent handbook by clicking here

  • Complete a food program application (one per household) by clicking here.

    • *Not needed for infant waitlist

  • Submit an updated copy of your child(ren)'s immunization records.

We Love Communication

Communication is vital to successful childcare, and Kids Crossing wants to communicate with parents. ProCare is our primary source of parent-teacher communication, and parents can message teachers through the ProCare app throughout the day. Teachers are available to talk in person at pick up and drop off or you are welcome to schedule a meeting.
