Our teachers are qualified staff who are passionate about teaching your child! Staff are required to pass state and national background checks prior to starting, be First Aid and CPR certified, and complete at least 10 hours of ongoing training per year. All staff undergo regular reviews and annual state-regulated inspections.

Kid's Crossing staff requirements include:
Full Time staff must be at least 18 years of age (14+ for part time staff)
Have previous childcare experience (preferred)
Have reliable transportation
Be able to pass a child abuse/neglect screening
Have no felony convictions
Willing to complete state required background checks
Show proof of or are willing to complete CPR certification
