New Parents
Welcome to Kids Crossing! We are so honored that you have chosen us to care for your child(ren), and we consider it a privilege to work with your family. On this page, you will find everything you need to know before starting with us. If you have any questions or would like to chat about care, please call us, email us, or stop by the center. Transitioning into a new daycare can be overwhelming for both the parent and child, so we want to do whatever we can to ease that process.

We Love Communication
Communication is vital to successful childcare, and Kids Crossing wants to communicate with parents. ProCare is our primary source of parent-teacher communication, and parents can message teachers through the ProCare app throughout the day. Teachers are available to talk in person at pick up and drop off or you are welcome to schedule a meeting.
